Please help! Came off pill and feel like I’m going crazy!

For some background, I was on Cerazette (mini pill) for about 6/7 months. While taking it my skin got worse, i got more headaches, loss of sex drive etc. Worst thing was horrible mood swings that I’ve never had before, crying for hours over nothing and getting so easily annoyed and irrationally angry. Finally couldn’t take it anymore, stopped the pill about 6 days ago now.

Question is, how long did it take for the mental side effects of the pill to wear off? The first couple of days after stopping I felt fantastic, but since then i’ve had some of the worst episodes of anxiety i’ve had, as well as overthinking and just generally feeling really down - literally feel like i’m going crazy!

I stopped taking the pill in June for a break and I won't lie it took 2-3 months for things to get back to normal.

I came off cerazette for another brand, felt 1000000% better in about a fortnight

Was that whole time like a gradual process? Would you say the mood swings got more manageable as time went on?
