What to do in and around Paris over Christmas?

Any ideas? We have 2 children under 10 with us. We’re in France over Christmas and about 60km from Paris so will visit for one or 2 days.

You're likely to be quite limited by the strikes... but ice skating outside the Hôtel de Ville is rather lovely and on metro line one so easy to get to.

Honestly, I wouldn't. Paris is shut down, gridlocked.
