Looking for one for a present. Nothing gorey but maybe a medical element? Any recommendations please?

Book? DVD? Something else??

Stress Position is quite interesting and has stuck in my memory.
Cube, although that has been out for long enough that most people have seen it.

I've been watching a few psychological thrillers lately and have list somewhere of the good ones. I'll try to dig it out later if you still need some inspiration.

The Gift
Fracture
Primal Fear
The Life of David Gale
Frailty (possibly a bit of gore, mostly off screen IIRC)
Malice
Identity

(Some of these are old so you may have already seen them)

New Apple TV series Servant looks very good too

There are so many, I’ll think of more

Do you mean a book?

Adam Kay? Although it's not a thriller but is medical.

Jeffrey Deavers books are great but some a bit gory

TheFestiveIf · 20/12/2019 15:11

Mother! - not medical but no gore either.

LochJessMonster · 20/12/2019 15:12

Quiet Place. Its not gory, little bit jumpy (but obvious)
Birdbox.

Neolara · 20/12/2019 15:14

The Dry by Jane Harper. And the 2 further books in the series. Brilliant.

TheFestiveIf · 20/12/2019 15:30

Before I Go To Sleep Not gory, very slight medical element. It's been out a while, though, so again it might already have been seen.

Celeriacacaca · 20/12/2019 16:42

Thank you all! I've ordered some now.

I assume you’ve seen Memento? Best psychological thriller of all, IMO
