How much do you spend on Christmas food shop

Food and drink? And how many people for?

say £15 pp - however any leftover meat is frozen and eaten in January

For just xmas day? About £120 for 9 people inc booze.

We spent £160 in Lidl, then another £40 in Sainsbury's on the things we couldn't get in Lidl. That wasn't just Christmas foods and drink, but it covered a Christmas meal (turkey crown etc) for 8, and seven bottles of wine, plus quite a lot of "treat" food, smoked salmon etc.

I've spent about £35 so far, still need to get a yule log so thats another £5.

So about £10 per person but there will be more than enough.

No more than I spend on a normal week.
I don't buy anything different or extra as it would be wasted.
