What do you recommend to wear for a Christmas picture? DS is 10, DD is 12. Matching, formal, informal, silly???

Um... how about whatever they would normally wear?

GoGoLego · 16/12/2019 22:40

Depends on the vibe you want to go for

I think maybe matching colours is a nice idea. Or complimentary, so some kind of theme but nothing too matchy matchy.

I'm leaning towards formal, but not sure what that might look like.

I would go for semi formal , but as PP said not identical, perhaps different styles but something that each person has on the same colour, so guys in green ties and girls in green silk scarves.
Or all matching waistcoat's but different trousers / skirts .

Dark navy is a good colour for a mix between smart and causal.

Tartan. Tartan everything Grin

GalactiCat · 17/12/2019 13:23

Just glitter the shit out of it all! 😂

I did one with my DD and nieces and nephews. I got them all formal-ish clothes (like they would wear to a party) in the red/burgundy family. Pictures came out great!

Thanks! I might have my DS wear a navy sweater with a red polo peeking out and tan pants, and my DD wear a Burgundy shirt, tartan skirt and navy tights! Thanks for the suggestions!
