Device to make adult seatbelts safer for kids

I saw one of these on TV a couple of years ago - does anyone know what it's called?

Basically it was designed for when you're maybe travelling abroad or going in a taxi and don't have access to a proper car seat - it made it so you could lower the top of the bit that crosses the body to it's by their shoulder and not under their neck.

I've been in minibuses where the seatbelts had a device like this incorporated into the belt.

(Not intending to use this in place of a car seat, I know it's not as safe but it would be handy/better than nothing on our upcoming far away travels if we end up having to go anywhere by road).

Thank you!

The mifold grab and go might work? Check out the John Lewis website for some reviews. We have a trunki rucksack that converts to a booster seat with seatbelt adaptor. Ok for short journeys in a pinch.

My son's last school used these. He travelled from age 2 - 5.
