Mine says a bank did a beneficiary trace enquiry 10 months ago. Does anyone know what this means? I did used to bank with them, but not for 7 years. I have a PPI claim in but only submitted it in summer so doubt it’s that. Anyone know if this is a good thing or a bad thing?
