I can only dance with a self conscious side to side movement. HELP!

I really want to be able to dance because it looks so much fun but I'm sure I end up looking up like an awkward crab

Well, you could get lessons (and I have a secret yen).
But meanwhile, dance like there's no-one else in the room. Shake your tush. Let go and have fun.

I think the best way is to just own it. If you look like a crab, hey that's fine! Just enjoy looking like a crab! Confidence is key
