Anyone not know who to vote for?

Can I recommend this "quiz"? It takes a bit of time depending on how many issues you choose to focus on, but it helped me decide.

Basically, you read the policies without knowing whose they are (although some are obvious!) And then at the end you get a summary of whose policies you chose for each key topic and an overall idea of whose policies you support most.

No need - vote Conservative.

MaJoady · 12/12/2019 09:53

silverysurfer Or perhaps we should let people read the policies and make up their own minds... Hmm

Nope.

Tory all the way for me.

I know it's all a magic money tree with colossal spending on fantasy and extravagant policies with Labour. My children and their children will be paying for it.

No sir.

Ugh people are so gross..

I second the linked quiz, it's very helpful to help people vote for policies rather than not being able to get their heads past the solo people at the head of parties (who might not even be there for the full term..).

Why on earth would you vote Conservative when they are selling your NHS data to the US drug companies.

Shame on you.
Shame.

Better to research your local mps I would think

wowfudge · 12/12/2019 10:13

I did the quiz and got the result I expected. However, I have voted tactically as the party I would like to vote for doesn't have a prayer locally. So, once you have your answer, have a look at a tactical voting guide if you actually want to make a difference.

OneTooManyBathtimes · 12/12/2019 10:14

I took it and although disappointed with the 11.1% conservative section I got, I'm not really surprised seeing as my dad is a major Tory supporter.

However, 44.4% Green is definitely more in line with what I believe and stand for, but the green party will never get in where I am, so will be doing a tactical vote.

Ive just got to hope my dad changes his mind last minute and votes for someone better than Tory. Because it makes no sense to me as to why he votes for them when they're really not in his favour.

Link doesn't work for me?

I'm SNP anyway but would have liked to see my result based on the quiz.

MaJoady · 12/12/2019 10:23

Sorry @Morgan12. This any better?
