Just that? Would you prefer fruit or nice tea, coffee and biscuits?

I’d suggest the latter (perhaps include muesli bars if you want to be healthier). Better shelf life.

Tea, coffee and biscuits.

Tea coffee biscuits cakes vodka

I'd suggest the later as it'll keep and they can enjoy it whenever they want.

Tea and biscuits.

For me....Fruit, a card from your little one, small pot plant...

Why? I'm a type 2 diabetic!

I worked in Pre School and as much as it was lovely, receiving all the chocolate and biscuits from key children etc
I used to take them home and give them to Dh and Dc or to my colleagues.

Jupiters · 12/12/2019 08:45

I think fruit would be a riskier choice as it goes off much quicker.

charm8ed · 12/12/2019 09:18

I like how vodka sneaked in there, nicely done!

RedElephants · 12/12/2019 09:54

Jupiters
All my family like fruit, it would be eaten long before it had time to go 'off' 😬

FestiveFavourites · 12/12/2019 09:56

Tea, coffee, biscuits, maybe some hot chocolate? Lovely idea.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 12/12/2019 10:54

I'm gluten and dairy free but love a cup of tea. so I say a well stocked tea/coffee box! but if you do biscuits consider getting ones that are individually wrapped portions so they can grab and go and so they don't go soft too quickly. 😁

Honestly, most nurseries receive more chocolates, tea & biscuits at this time of year than they could ever use.

RhymingRabbit3 · 12/12/2019 11:08

I wouldn't get a fruit basket as it won't last long. We used to get biscuits and put them away and get out a packet each week in the new year so we could enjoy them for longer.

Thank you! Smile
