Do your kids watch I’m a celebrity? What ages are they as it was on so late!

I remember fighting with my kids to go to bed before the end of the programme, it was a fight every night. Now dh and I watch it alone as the kids don't watch TV now (adult kids)

Ds is nearly 8. We record it and watch it the next day

Greenbutterlfy566 · 08/12/2019 22:36

Makes sense to record it

DS12 watched it at the weekend, during the week he recorded it and watched it the next day, dd 7 likes it aswell 🙃

DD8 loves it- we record and watch the next day except for a rare Friday or Saturday night.

I'll watch it if he's in the room but DS5 finds most of it boring but I don't think there's any reason kids can't watch it.

Most people I know are a day behind as it's on too late so watch it earlier the day after.

Thanks

They have watched it but it's too much to watch every night for three weeks (and I've no idea how people don't get bored of it if they do!) my kids are 6, 10, 12 & 13.
The older ones might catch the first bit but I have to insist they go to bed and watch it after school the next day On Demand. They generally forget to though.

Dd12 got to watch the final live but I recorded the others, on ITV2 next morning as I think they cut out any swearing. I may be wrong, I dont watch it.

AlexaShutUp · 09/12/2019 10:34

No. Thankfully my 14yo isn't interested!

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 09/12/2019 11:52

My teens do. Mostly the next day on catch up. It seems more family friendly than it was in the past. Less swearing and adult conversations

MrsJBaptiste · 09/12/2019 14:03

My eldest is 15 so we've been watching it together. I like it but 3 weeks is enough so I'm glad it's finished!

He watched it each night, they chat about it at school so there's no way he could watch it on catch up the next day.

TeenPlusTwenties · 09/12/2019 14:12

DD2 is 15. We've mainly been recording it and she's watched it the next day. Sometimes she has watched to ~9:30. I know many teens can stay up to watch it all, but DD needs her sleep!
