Hermes - does anyone have a good thing to say about them? Having paid for the return label I duly queued up at the designated return shop. Once at the front of the queue I told him I wanted to do a return and he told me to wait. So being polite I did, he served another three ppl and the queue was being added to constantly. I asked him to serve me but he said it took too long so he was going to continue to serve the queue. Seeing no end to the queue I walked out and emailed the company that I ordered from. Have I missed some change on etiquette whereby this is acceptable?
