Visiting mosques & removing shoes - can you still wear tights / socks?

Would feel more comfortable retaining g tights / socks - but obviously if they should be removed, I will remove!

It’s only outdoor shoes that need to be removed.

Yes just outdoor shoes as the main prayer halls have carpets and people pray on the floor using special prayer mats. The no shoes rule is to keep the prayer areas clean for worship.
