back pain, chest pain, could it be my bra is too small?

it is only the left side.
i have been sleeping in a different bed and put it down to that, it doesnt make sense that my bra being too small would only effect the left side but could this conceivably be the case?

Google costochondritis and see if your symptoms fit. It causes pain in the chest (often on the left) and it can radiate to your back.
