  • Appear on BBC's Doctors

Get the house tidy and keep it tidy...

sockittome123 · 06/12/2019 16:38

Get a tattoo
Dye my hair (I'm dark blonde, so maybe dip dye pink?)
Go to places such as Sweden, NYC, NJ (where my friend lives)
Go on BGT (what for, I have no idea)
Watch BGT live

sockittome123 · 06/12/2019 16:38

Whoops, maybe the first BGT one isn't achievable!

Sit on my head

CrashDiet · 06/12/2019 16:42

Grin Love these.

Hair people... you should definitely do it. I have pink hair at the moment but have had various shades of purple over this year. Get it done properly at the hairdressers. If it looks shit, it'll fade! Grin

Learn to knit /corchet (this seems to be a popular one!)
Become confident enough in Spanish to hold a conversation.
To speed up my 5 and 10k times.

MoltoAgitato · 06/12/2019 16:43

One year my Christmas dinner is going to be either an almighty takeaway curry or Chinese.

Praiseyou · 06/12/2019 16:45

Be able to garden. Not anything fancy, just a few shrubs, some flowers.

I have no clue. I go to garden centres and tell them I don't know anything but they must presume there is a base level of knowledge that everybody has because they may as well be speaking a foreign language.

Egghead68 · 06/12/2019 16:45

To visit all the islands of the British Isles.

catlady3 · 06/12/2019 16:46

OP, if you can downgrade it to rehearsal final it'll be a lot more affordable and easier to get tickets! We did this, then watched the final proper in a pub as intended (not easy getting drinks at the venue). It was amazing!

IWorkAtTheCheesecakeFactory · 06/12/2019 16:48

Camper van round ireland. With my dog. Grin

Davespecifico · 06/12/2019 16:49

Be a wine master.

IHeartKingThistle · 06/12/2019 16:49

Mine was to get good enough to join a brass band. I did it last year! Best thing ever!

Davespecifico · 06/12/2019 16:49

Or Master of Wine.

marvelousways · 06/12/2019 16:49

To go on a bricklaying course.
To be a better runner.

Jodie77 · 07/12/2019 16:22

@Witchend

I don't believe this is a real thing. My houses have always had a life of Their own. The clutter grows in the night. I know this because when I ask the kids who made the mess they have no idea

VenusClapTrap · 07/12/2019 16:26

To open my garden under the NGS scheme.

Jodie77 · 07/12/2019 16:29

I've had to admit the fame and fortune is never going to happen. I'd love to own my own home but not sure that's even within my reach. Most things in my life are moving towards that goal, though, so about making and saving money, paying off my debts, sorting out my credit rating, work and career goals, that kind of thing. I used to think stuff like that was boring and for "squares" but I also used to think I'd be in the 27 club and be a rockstar and never have kids. I'm older than that, I've never been a rockstar, and I have 3 kids. So I've got a lot of work to do to achieve the same things all those "square" people did when I was busy being nihilistic and reckless in my youth.

Techway · 07/12/2019 16:37

Learn to sing
Go to a South American country
Go on a long cycle journey

Packit · 07/12/2019 16:37

Two of my ambitions I have done recently. One was to get a tattoo and the other was to travel Brazil and to meet up with my school friend who lives out there. who I hadn’t seen for 40 years. It was fabulous and I’ll go again.

Other ambitions are to speak Spanish fluently and some Portuguese and to be able to knit and sew, go to America and Japan .

FadedRed · 07/12/2019 16:41

See the northern lights.
(I’ve been in two episodes of Doctors, it was a totally underwhelming experience Grin)

Swim the channel, get really great on the piano, get my book published and read all the books on my ever growing pile!
