I dropped a jar on the top of my foot earlier. It hurt, but I can walk on it and it's not really swollen. There's a slight mark on the top of my foot which will no doubt become a bruise.
However, the sole of my foot, the underside of where the jar hit, really hurts. I've tried googling and can't find anything- is this normal?
