Topcashback. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my cash back to my bank account?

Anyone use this cash back site? It’s so difficult to use compared to Quidco! I have £25 that is marked as ‘payable’ and I’d like to transfer it via BACS to my bank account. I added my bank details about 2 weeks ago. However every time I press payout the site takes me to my profile page. Grrrrrrr! It’s driving me crazy. I’ve wasted about half an hour trying to do it. I can’t phone their customer services or email them about this (no number and unable to send an email as my query isn’t one of their drop down options). Can anyone help before I throw my iPad across the kitchen?

I go to menu/my account/payout which brings me to the payout page - it says how much I have available to payout, BACS is highlighted in pink as is PayPal, I hit on BACS and it brings me then to the confirm page, then it will being up my redacted bank account details to confirm and it usually takes 2/3days to appear in my account

I have never had to contact them before but they seem to reply on twitter on queries
