I suspect the pain in my wrist is due to holding my smartphone and I know I need to cut down on use.
My shoulder has hurt for a while. I've self referred for physio, but am now worried this is also linked to smartphone use - I can't remember when it started, I've had it years, but it was masked by my taking antidepressants that helped with pain, but it's steadily got worse and now it's there all the time, sometimes worse. It wakes me up early in the morning.
Anyone know of any good exercises or treatments that might help? I'm taking painkillers when it's too much and applying ibuprofen gel sometimes. I also have a wheat pillow I heat to put on it.
Any other suggestions? Good yoga stretches etc?
