Adult family Christmas traditions?

We want to make some changes to Christmas this year and start some new family traditions. Its just adults now, so no children to include. Has anyone got any good ideas please?
What are your family traditions?

Sorry, I didn't intend to have a vote button, not sure how it got there!

We still have very small kids here so not really adult traditions as such yet, but longstanding ones are..once they are in bed on Christmas eve we always have a baked camembert with crusty bread...and bucks fizz whilst opening presents on Christmas morning ...dh will always give me a box of chocolates to open as my first gift which gets demolished with the bucks fizz....We have been doing that for 15 years now!

We open a present each on Christmas Eve, I always plan ahead so it's nothing spectacular or something you wanted them to open on the day.

It's also become a tradition that my dad wears the most ridiculous Christmas outfit you've ever seen and he refuses to show anyone until he puts it on on Christmas Day.

We are all adults now so this our routine

Buck's Fizz with smoke salmon, scramble eggs and bagels
Open some gifts
Have a relaxing morning
Put meat in oven and then we go for a walk
Everyone sets table while I finish lunch
Eat about 330
Clear up and then we play board games
Friends and family come around after they've done what they need to do.
We have a cheese board and drink and have fun till bed

Thanks everyone.
I'm investigating the nearest cathedral for carols and I'm trying to set up a Boxing Day walk for friends and neighbours.
