I was randomly pretty unwell last night. Absolutely fine until about 6:30, then I felt sick, then I threw up everything I'd eaten since breakfast. It carried on until about 10pm, DP went and got me some Pepto Bismol, and I made it through the night on a few sips of squash.
I've kept breakfast and lunch down today and feel fine - can I go for my swim later? I really need to shift some extra weight, and I'm on a bit of a tight schedule... and I'm feeling really odd having skipped yesterday's swim (the pool was closed to be treated).
