Am bleeding and slight cramps with yellowish discharge should I be worried

Hello guys,
I am a young mum and worried right now this is my first pregnancy and I am spotting and having slight cramps in my belly and back with a yellowish discharge should I be worried about this! Please let me know ASAP as I’m worried

No one can diagnose you over the internet. The best thing to do is to go to your local Early Pregnancy Unit (many local hospitals have one).
Some people have bleeding and go on to have healthy babies; for some people, sadly, it is a miscarriage. I wish you the best of luck but you need to seek medical help
