I have been tracking my heart rate and stress on the Samsung app on my phone, and I have made the following discovery.
On days where I dont eat anything sweet, like chocolate, or cake, etc, my resting heart rate stay in the region of 61. If I have eaten chocolate, or a slice of cake, or had a glass of wine, my heart rate are up to 81, and it keeps being raised the whole day! I also feel flushed in my cheeks and feverish.
What does this mean????
