Can we add ingredients or have to stick to those things?

If it is just those I would cook the chicken have with sweet potato mash and broccoli.
If we can add ingredients maybe a chicken curry.

Have you a tin/packet of soup you can chuck over it to make an oven casserole? If not, you could use some stock or milk with a roux stirred in.

I would make a casserole.

Chicken curry or bake the two types of potatoes then stir fry the rest.

One pot roast with cajun seasoning with beans and broccoli on side?

Roast the chicken and serve with the veg and mixed sweet potato and potato mash.
Stir fry the chicken veg and onion.
Roast everything all together with some herbs.
Casserole the chicken, onion and green veg and serve with mash or boiled potatoes.

Traybake. I'm lazy. I'd also mix some olive oil and tomato puree together and drizzle it all over.

Redshoeblueshoe · 03/12/2019 13:29

Sorry I should have said cut the potato and sweet potato into wedges

Barsh · 03/12/2019 13:30

traybake. Add herbs or chillipowder or garlic. Or a squeeze of lemon.

Try supercook.com
You tell them what ingredients you have and it generates recipes for you. I discovered it yesterday and we had a really nice dinner last night
