Arthur Christmas yesterday here

Once schools have broken up and clubs etc stopped. We always say we will try and fit a few more in but in term time by the time we're all in for the evening it's a bit late to start watching films.

It will be our 15 th family Christmas this year she we’ve never watched one yet. I’m not making a stand, it’s just never occurred to me.
Any recommendations for teen friendly ones?

Greenbutterlfy566 · 02/12/2019 22:36

We watched Muppets Christmas Carol yesterday

ExpletiveFairylighted · 02/12/2019 23:12

My teens still like Muppet Christmas Carol and a Nightmare Before Christmas.

TheElfFellOffTheShelf · 03/12/2019 00:07

We watch the Muppet Christmas Carol on Xmas eve. Other than that we don't watch any Xmas films but we do like to watch the Xmas episodes of normal TV programmes and sing along to all of our favourite Xmas music throughout December. During the week before Xmas we watch the televised panto performances and shout along as though we were there. I'd love to actually go but we just can't justify the cost unfortunately.

Thistles24 · 03/12/2019 00:27

1st of December for us. A different one every sat and Sunday night, and one a day once the schools are off. But once the tree goes down we don’t watch them again till the following December!

We watched Die Hard at the weekend! The most Christmassy of Christmas films.

MegaClutterSlut · 03/12/2019 15:36

As soon as december hits it's fine to watch xmas films imo. We always watch Home Alone xmas eve

LaurieFairyCake · 03/12/2019 15:42

I watched Die Hard while drinking Gin and wrapping 32 presents on Saturday

This may not be what you were asking... Blush but I was really pissed

foamrolling · 03/12/2019 15:47

Whenever they want. They can watch them in July if they like.
