Bottle to breast feeding struggle

Hi all,
Myself and my baby were in separate wards in hospital for a couple of weeks. I was mostly expressing, he was being fed my milk and being topped up with formula if he needed it. We'd occasionally get the chance to breast feed, maybe once a day, and he was latching on perfectly. Now we're both home I'd really like to breast feed but he'll only take a bottle. Any ideas how I can get him back to breast feeding? I've changed his bottle teets to small so that the bottle shouldn't be significantly easier to feed from. I've tried expressing to get a good flow going then moved him over. Thanks in advance

Can you start with nipple shields? At least he'll be actually feeding from you and then you could gradually work to remove them.

Thank you. Never thought of that. Will order some now!

Lots of skin to skin is a good place to start, with no pressure on getting him to latch. Do you have any local IBCLCs? It might be worth getting some expert guidance.
