“Worst Liberal Movies” - funniest thing I’ve read in ages

If you’re amused by extreme Conservatism (and not easily offended by those views), I wholeheartedly recommend this. Stumbled across it while looking for the name of a film (which I still can’t find), and it’s just brilliant in its level of insanity?

Alien? Liberal!
Short Circuit? Liberal!
Anything with a gay character? Evil liberal propaganda!
Every Nazi propaganda film? Liberal (apparently)

Their written explanations are beyond batshit.

OP you do know this is an American website and has noting to do the with Conservative party in the UK.

Yes I know this, I read it. Where did I say it had anything to do with U.K. Conservatives? The site is literally an encyclopaedia of conservatism, hence the name.

I don’t even want to click on the link. It sounds exasperating and ghastly given your examples. I’ll chalk it up to they think all films are liberal except for Amistad and 12 Years a Slave which are great Confused

They do indeed claim some films as great conservative films, like
Olympus Has Fallen

127 Hours (apparently him realising the error of his ways is an example of great conservative values)

American History X: “A Neo-Nazi (The Nazis were left-wing socialists even though the Left has tried denying it) overcomes his racism and anti-Semitism after being sent to jail for voluntary manslaughter and does everything in his power to prevent his brother from following the same path to destruction.”

But my personal favourite? 1984, “The big-screen adaptation of the iconic conservative text from George Orwell.”

It’s so delusional I thought it was satire... I don’t think it is though!
