Feeling pregnant 3 months after abortion no help

I had an abortion in September due to mental health reasons. We deeply regretted it and we want out baby back. I bled for 10 weeks and stopped taking my mini pill. A week after I passed a huge clot. I've been feeling pregnant since.
Nausea
Tired
Dizzy
Sore boobs
Bloated
Cramps
Weeing more
NO period or sign of
Increased discharge
Hieghten libido
Ect
I have no idea when I would of ovulate and tests are coming back negative. I missed a few pills and stopped over 2 weeks ago. Is there any chance I could be pregnant and if not could anybody tell me what's going on because its tearing me apart 😢 I've got a scan in 3 weeks to check for anything but it's a long time to wait not knowing what's going on.

I'm so sorry. Could you speak to your GP to tell him/her how you're feeling, as they might have some answers
