Got an email this afternoon to day that this item had been delivered (I was out all afternoon). Oh good I thought, it's a present for my neice for her 18th. Nope. Not here.
No 'while you were out' card, no parcel anywhere. Not with the neighbours either.
I've followed advice on the RM website (which always gives me the rage as it's impossible to speak to a human) and contacted the sender, who immediately emailed me back to contact RM. So I emailed them again blah blah blah.
I've a feeling that this is not going to be an easy issue to resolve - has anyone had anything similar and if so, what did you do.
It's a piece of jewellery that I really don't want to have to buy again.
