B- lots of black coffee

L- Afternoon tea out with a friend. Cakes were lovely

D- Will later have a sweet chilli chicken and salad wrap. A couple of glasses of wine will be had too

Breakfast - 2 lattes
Lunch - chicken soup, wotsits and an egg custard
Dinner will be Chinese takeaway and ciders.

L - sausages and mash with vegetables

D - whatever I find in the kitchen in a moment.

A blueberry muffin...i have had wine flu all day so feeling very sorry for myself even if it was self inflicted!

B- fage yogurt and blueberries with honey

L- 2 boiled eggs lettuce cucumber tomatoes and a dollop of sweet chilli jam

Snacks - crisps and a choc biscuit

T- pizza and dough balls

I love Saturdays as I indulge a bit :)

Oh also plenty of wine and baileys

B- Half and almond Nutella croissant

L- Turkey, tomato and mayo on sesame seed roll

T- prob skip as I'm trying to cut calories, as always😞

B = poached egg, toast, smoked salmon
L = cheese sandwich and apple
D = mediterranean vegetable cottage pie with a side dish of green beans. Followed by some chocolate with hazlenuts. Grin

Chia and flax seed porridge.

Malt loaf snack pack after a long run

Two rice cakes with chicken and mayo for lunch

Slice of toast and a couple of chips pinched from the kids plate just now.

That's probably it for the day unless DH fancies cooking something this evening.

Breakfast- small bowl of cereal
Lunch- chicken breast, brown rice, roasted pepper and tzatziki
Snack- carrot sticks and hummus (didn’t get much of this as DD stole most of my hummus!)

Dinner will be veggie chilli.

Tea- salmon, broccoli & potatos

Snacks- carrot cake

Egg custard tart now there is something I’ve not had it years, It was a regular thing when I was little every Sunday at my grandparents.

Left over veg dahl with rice

Two cups of tea

Pizza and salad for tea later
Chocolate mouse after
I would have a glass of wine but don’t fancy one now because I’ve got cold and headache.

L - Ham and cheese toastie

D - Meatball spaghetti with a glass of wine

B - Ribs 🤣 L - oxtail and rice D - lightly salted doritos. Weight training in the evenings is leaving me ravenous in the morning.
