A while ago I got a CD player for DS. Relatively cheap.
One night he left it playing, I smelt a strong burning smell from downstairs. I went up stairs and it was coming from the CD player, which I unplugged and threw out.
But now I'm wondering, could it have been the wiring?
Wish I hadn't chucked it out now so I could inspect it!
AIBU to think it could be the wiring? Is there any way of checking it or is calling an electrician the only option?
