I catch every bug going. Mostly I power through them but I’m floored by this current one and feel dizzy, exhausted, aching all over blah blah blah - so sick of it! 
I’ve got out of the habit of exercising (although I walk quite a lot most days). I drink a lot of water. My sleep hygiene is terrible - I’m an inveterate night owl. I eat ok but don’t pay much attention to what I’m eating.
Perhaps I’d be sorted if I just went to bed at ten every night! Would love to know your recommendations
