Does anyone know what this lump is? (Photo included)

I have two of these lumps on my arm (Can only get a picture of one).
I think I might be getting one on my leg.
Anyone any ideas what it is?
Ignore the ring it's only way to get it to focus!

Little cyst or something. But that’s just a guess. Itchy? Sore?

They are itchy when they come but I'd now not itchy and it's tender. That one had been there awhile now.

Molluscum contagiosum?

After googling the above I think I actually found it!
I think it might be a Dermatofibroma.
