The Bruce Bogtrotter Cake is the most chocolatey and most cake. It's the go-to ultimate treat cake in our house.

Also easy to make GF as contains very little flour.

Awwww. But maybe it's not that no one cares; maybe it's because no one would dare? I wouldn't like to bake a cake for an expert baker - I'd be worried that mine wouldn't be up to standard. No one knows that you don't care if the dream cake is lopsided.

Red velvet cake or Guinness cake

A chocolate brownie gateau, I made one for my 30th (a long time ago), it was a recipe from a magazine and the ingredients cost about £20, it was the best cake I have ever tasted.

A massive Paris-Brest all to myself. Failing that, a cheesecake or a Victoria sponge with raspberry jam and fresh cream 🤗
