New person *hello* with septate uterus

Hi all! I'm new here 👍🏻 waves. I've been recently diagnosed with a septate uterus ( + 'old endometriosis' - sigh) which has left me googling like there's no tomorrow... Anyway my partner says he wants to try for a baby in the new year and I'm honestly terrified... Does anybody have any success stories? Asides from the odd "success" all I read are problems after problems

Would they perform the corrective surgery before we TTC??

How did you get on? I've also just found out I do too and me and my partner want to start TTC in Feb. My GP Is referring me to gynaecologist but I really want the corrective surgery before we try. I've read so many horrible stories and now worrying xx
