How do you fit life things in - dentist, haircut etc

I have three kids 8, 6, 4. Youngest has three days a week at nursery. I work part time in school hours an average of two days a week and two or three evenings a week (evenings from home) which leaves me with one day a week where kids are at school/nursery to do everything I need to do I just want to know how people fit their life things in. At moment I need a haircut and a dentist check up and could do with a doctor appt for an ongoing niggling thing that never seems quite urgent enough. This is obviously on top of normal things like buying groceries, household admin etc as well as all those things like dentist and haircuts for kids. I just want to know how other people fit it in. I am going to have a haircut this week and give myself morning off work, but I may have to cancel if that is only time dentist can fit me in. Tips, advice, solidarity... (should works full time. Is around in mornings and shares drop offs but home about 7pm most nights).

I have teens, but am a full time teacher, so everything has to wait for the school holidays.

I work full time, though luckily can work flexi hours.

Shopping I do online, some things I get in my lunch break or on the way home. Dentist - I go before work, Hair - weekends.

Stuff is done at the weekend or in the evening.

I do my shopping online, it saves me time and money because I'm not picking up random things - game changer for me!

Dentist/doctors I go to on my day off, although I have a toddler so have to take her with me which can be fun Hmm

Hair, eyebrows etc. Are a thursday night when they do late night appointments and dp is home from work.

Admin I try to do on my lunch break at work!
