recipe help - gluten free biscuits to cut out

It's for a youth group. Need a gluten-free biscuit recipe please for dough that can be rolled, stamped out with cutters & HOLD THEIR SHAPE when baked, to then be iced & decorated.

Googling is so far finding either only things that aren't for cutting & icing, or have nut-based flours.

Thank you

I don’t bother with the xantham and different flours, I just use whatever gluten free flour I have open at home, still works great.

This works nicely, does need chilled beforehand though, so not sure if that would work for you.

Thank you SO much! Juggling multiple food allergies, intolerances & cultural needs for a weekend away for 20 kids is proving quite a challenge. These gingerbreads look perfect.

The recipe for empire biscuits that’s on Mumsnet works well with GF flour and dairy free spread. I add cocoa powder to it too sometimes, it’s lovely and so easy.
