Place to meet for lunch halfway between Manchester and Nottingham

Anyone got any suggestions of a nice, but reasonable place to meet for lunch?

The Three Horse Shoes in Blackshaw Moor near to Leek on the edge of the Peak District. If it's a nice day you can have a walk before or after around Tittersworth Reservoir.
