So Yodel say I refused my parcel at the door at 3.15pm

Odd been in all afternoon and they've not arrived yet...

Why is it always Yodel.

Its a food box as well so not something that will take well to hanging about in a depot going off either.

So your best guess

a) They tried to deliver it to the wrong place

b) They've not tried to deliver it at all

c) They've lost it

d) Something else - say what

Sick to death of this company. Its Gousto who used DPD for ages with no problems whatsoever and have suddenly switched to Yodel... Anyone know if Hello Fresh use Yodel please as may have to swap box

I've had similar problems this week with Yodel and my Gousto box- try messaging Gousto on Facebook about it, they have been really quick to get back to me and raise an investigation with Yodel about the problems I've had (2 weeks in a row...)

Interesting Shallow. What happened ?

I'm talking online to them at the moment and they say they're trying to sort it out with Yodel now.

So irritating as I'm now not sure what's for dinner

When will companies relaise that Yodel are cheap because they're rubbish

I'm still waiting to hear back- I rang Yodel too to make a complaint and they did get the box back for me (had been delivered to the wrong address). I did have to get quite shitty with them and you need to say it's fresh produce in the box, or it'll take up to 24 hours for them to investigate.

It is really irritating- I'm 7 months pregnant and not in the best shape at the moment so have been relying on Gousto for weeknight dinners. I hope you get your box soon!

It will be b) no attempt made. I hate Yodel, and I've got my first Gousto order coming on Saturday. Great.

I actively avoid any company that use Yodel or Hermes.

I'm gutted, been using Gousto for about 2 years with no problem until recently and guess what... until recently, they used DPD, its only been an issue since they they moved to Yodel.

Still no sign of it...

Yodel recently couldn’t “Access my delivery address” at 2.30pm. It is an office building and was fully staffed at the time, including Receptionist by the front door....

Yodel said My road was closed so they couldn’t get here (it wasn’t), then said they couldn’t find my house (sat nav takes you straight here) then said an old lady came out of the front door to get my parcel, despite a note on the door saying the door was broken and to please use the back! (I’m 40 btw!)
They’re hopeless 😩

HelloFresh used DPD, and we don't have any problems with them. They give me an hour's slot for delivery and are always on time.
