I am constantly ravenous and often end up eating shite. I need to find out what I can snack on that will make me feel full. So far the only food that does this is tinned sardines. I know I should choose nuts but it is only healthy to eat small portions of these. Crudites are ok but I don't like raw carrot.
To make it worse I work in the community some days so need food I can eat on the go and on public transport.
