I have just swopped from contracting to a permanent contract and I’m SO confused - I will check it out with work on Monday, but in mean time can any one help?!
I am contracted to work 25 hours a week - I am able to choose my hours as I wish, so I tend to do 6.5 hours a day over 4 days (ish, as obviously that is a bit over!)
At Christmas we get given 1/2 day on Xmas eve and a full days paid on Xmas day and Boxing Day - which are days I would generally have chosen to of worked if it is a normal week.
How will that work with my pay and holiday entitlement if I wanted to just take the Friday as holiday?!
I’m not sure I’ve explained that very well - if any one can make sense of my ramblings I would be really grateful!
