Bisket in yhe slow cooker...how long?

I used to put mine in around 10 for a 5pm meal.

These days I use my pkp and do it in under an hour and get an ever better result though.

Yup, nine hours will be fine. Perhaps on a bed of onions or with a tin of French onion soup poured over, to then make an amazing gravy?

If you're doing it for tonight then I'd do it on high, if not then low and slow.

I always use high and i did brisket about 8 hours. Came out lovely and tender
