Personally, I used to be scared of it but recently have started to enjoy the escapism, excitement of it and then the reassuring return to humdrum life afterwards!

I've liked
Hunger games films- bit drawn out but well made
Handmaid's Tale- enjoyed the book
Years and Years- too close to the current climate so the most scary but very compelling
3% - once I got used to the dubbing it got really interesting.

Recommendations or discussion welcome!

I really enjoyed he Hunger Games films. Would be good to read the books.
Out of more classic films, I like Delicatessen. I used to read dystopian novels obsessively when I was growing up but can’t remember the titles for the life of me.

I'll look at Delicatessen, thanks for the recommendation Smile

"Leila" on Netflix has a Handmaids Tale vibe.

Dark on Netflix is fantastic, one of the best programmes I have ever watched.

Ooh Leila looks good!

I still have season 3 of 3% to watch then will start it.
