I'm trying to find a replacement seat for my second hand double buggy which is now discontinued. JL website says they have one in stock at the Sheffield store. I contacted customer services to ask if it could be transferred to my local store but they can't confirm whether it's actually there or not. There's no way to call the store direct - all calls now go through the contact centre 🙄. If anyone is going soon and would be able to ask them to check the dusty corners of their stock room, I'd be eternally grateful!
