Ttc after nexplanon with no periods

Hi I'm new here, jw if anyone experienced anything similar. I got nexplanon removed 15 days ago, havnt had af since the day it was inserted. Had it in for 4.5 years. Had intercourse the night it was removed and at least every 5 days since, sometimes more. Anyway, I felt pings and twinges the first day, a few days later I had premenstrual like cramps that went away a few days later, the past few days I've had sensations like butterflies in my lower abdomen. More tired than usual, achiness, and very tender uterus when I lean on something. Jw when I should be expecting af or bfp based on these symptoms

It's been another week, cramps have stopped, irritable bowel syndrome has been erratic, tenderness under nipples started yesterday, always hungry, and have been waking up earlier with nausea. still waiting for af

I have the implant removed in Jan, waited for a few months to get my body back to normal with regards to my periods and when we were ready to TTC it took two months.

Have you done a pregnancy test?

Maybe wait a few months to get busy back to normal and get ovulation sticks to help track ovulation too.

Bfn this morning. But now I have leg achiness which I used to get right around the time af arrived so I'm chalking it up to that

Here to update you ladies, been 4 weeks since removal. Bfn this morning. Still no af, breasts still tender, cramps here and there, moody, major leg aches, had ewcm for 2 weeks but seems to have gone away. Starting to wonder if it's possible to have af without bloody show if there was no lining to shed after implant. Been feeling like she's right around the corner for over a week! I've also been taking prenatals since the day implant was removed, not sure if that will help regulate. Will keep updating until something happens!

For any future ladies looking for answers, I did get af exactly 5 weeks after removal (to the hour 😂), I'm currently in my 3rd cycle since and just got a faint but clear bfp at 9dpo
