I'm trying to make some sugar swaps to lower my terrible sugar intake in my diet.
I love the usual Heinz/ Branston/ Tesco own beans but has anyone found a good low sugar (and salt I guess) beans that actually taste ok??
Any other simple easy sugar swaps I could make?
I eat way too much.

I use the Heinz ones. They don’t taste as good but I guess I’ve got used to them and so don’t really mind anymore.

I swapped my three, big sugars in my tea for a teaspoonful of honey. Took me around 10 days to get used to it but I wouldn't revert back now as real sugar tastes sickly sweet.

I'm now that annoying person in the café asking for some "honey, please dahling" Smile

Well done anti that is great :) I luckily drink tea without as when I was a teenager my mum didn't have sugar in for about a week and I just got used to tea without it and haven't turned back!

Heinz low sugar and salt beans are awful, nasty horrible artificial aftertaste as they are full of sweeteners. Would rather stick to the original recipe, or I've sometimes made my own which are very nice

I really like the Sainsbury's low sugar beans.

Also switch to full fat things as they tend to have less sugar in e.g. yoghurt
