Gift ideas for pregnant colleague

I work with a colleague who is leaving at the end of this week and will return to her home country next week. She is 28 weeks pregnant but has had a really tough time so far as Drs suspect her baby may have a genetic/chromosomal disorder. I'm taking over her job as I am just back from maternity leave (though have known her a couple of years) and would like to get her a gift for herself/baby. Any ideas for something light and small that she can pack that is a treat for herself? I'll get a little something for baby too as I know she's been so stressed she hasn't bought anything yet Sad.

I recently received gifts from colleagues which I loved (due soon!). I received a little pamper pack for myself and bath items for the baby. In this instance if you're talking about hand luggage then make sure the items are 100ml and under. Burt's Bees do some lovely essentials packs. As for the baby I also received a beautiful soft toy suitable from birth from Jellycat. They have so many items on their website when I looked I can't wait to buy some more!!! Hope you find something suitable.

@LighteningRidge thank you! Good point about the size. I'd never thought of that. Will go and hunt for some nice pamper goodies :)
