Idea for a day stuck in with a 21 month old

It’s cold and raining and I’m not feeling particularly ‘well’ and can’t face going out in the rain to the usual group we go to
But I don’t want ds to be bored and he won’t watch CBeebies

I think I have some play doh but what else can I do to make the day fun for him as we are stuck in ...

Can you set up some play scenes with animals/people. We have happyland things that I sometimes make up for him and then he plays with the figures.

Other than that I usually just let DS potter about with his toys

DS23m is happy with his cars. Could you put him in the bath and let him splash for ages? My DS would love this! Or we get crayons out, or paints, and draw pictures.
But he's quite happy to run around indoors doing his own thing. If he gets goes he comes up to me, has a bit of a chat then is off again

Thankyou. I’ve given him some of older ds cars and am keeping an eye as I think technically the ones he has aren’t for under 3s but he’s driving them round on the carpet and having fun.. I might do the play doh later and I’ve found a few different books to read to him
