Can someone please help me work out if I've taken my medication twice by mistake.

Bit of an odd question but decided it's worth asking.

I have a strip of 7 tablets which I usually start a new pack on a Tuesday.

Since last Tuesday I missed one tablet.

Would that now mean my new strip of 7 would start on Wednesday?

I can usually work it out but I'm so tired today.
