Inspire me what to put on my christmas wish list, I'm being harassed to make a list. I'm spoilt, usually buy what I need/want so...

Have you bought something this year you just love and don't want to be without? Best buy?

(you helped me get a shark vacuum cleaner, you are good Grin)

I find it helpful for a during the week hoover. I do have to lift up all the cables/ chargers etc. But it’s good for getting under the beds.

OhioOhioOhio · 01/11/2019 20:52

What's a sonos move?

theoriginalmadambee · 01/11/2019 20:55

Portable speaker, I think Smile. Got one just not sonos.

My wish list is a robot vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher.

Hoovering and pot washing are my very very least favourite things to do ever!

theoriginalmadambee · 01/11/2019 21:04

@lucysmam oh a dishwasher, I can hardly live without it. The family has been in a panic when it has broken down Grin.

@Madambee I had a (free to me) 2nd hand one once. It was on it's last legs and I knew that when I was given it but my goodness, not getting up to the other half of a roast dinner's pots because I ran out of enthusiasm, or not leaving Friday's pots until Saturday morning because I'd rather sit with a glass or two of wine, was amazing!

Sadly, my current kitchen is an awful layout & I'm not sure where I would plumb one in without blocking the radiator and freezer access Confused.

Layoverlife · 01/11/2019 21:13

My Hotel Chocolat The Velvetiser... Love it!

beckyvardy · 01/11/2019 21:18

@beepbeeprichie where is from? Would you recommend it?

Drinkciderfromalemon · 01/11/2019 21:25

My current wish list mostly rolls over- noone buys for me, so I just cross off the things I buy myself and add new things to it!
A Very Kerry dressing gown
White company men style pjs
A huge, soft, grey, knitted scarf
A new purse (but all purses are shit mum purses, a nice one is my holy grail)
A new bodum cup

beepbeeprichie · 01/11/2019 21:26

I got mine on Black Friday from Amazon. iRobot I think it is. That was the best deal. It’s a luxury for sure but worth it for me!

snozzlemaid · 01/11/2019 21:29

Another vote here for my Robovac. I've only had it a week and I'm in love.
It's so good to effortlessly have clean floors.
Mines a Eufy.

Gingaaarghpussy · 01/11/2019 21:31

Tablet laptop tray.

Cherrysoup · 01/11/2019 21:49

Dyson cordless, my dh thinks I’m a bit obsessed with hoovering now. 😂

Lazyboy leather recliner sofa for the kitchen. It’s lush!

theoriginalmadambee · 01/11/2019 21:51

@lucysmam
My ds has just moved into his first flat, there is a dishwasher about 40 cm wide and does the job great. All his dorm mates are green with envy Grin.

You can get one for the kitchen counter, but they are too small for pots and pans. Finally who really cares about freezers and radiators?

@Drinkciderfromalemon
I got a purse last Christmas, now I'm wondering if I'll change it for a phone cover with credit card holder. Have noticed I rarely use cash anymore (off to write on my list Wink).

An Instant Pot. I was given one last Christmas and fully expected it to remain in the box - I use it about 3/4 times a week and wouldn't be without it. Fab for casseroles, chilli's, risottos, cheesecake, making your own yoghurt. It's bloody brilliant.

thatguiltyfeeling · 01/11/2019 22:24

Carpet sweeper! Can't believe I've wasted years on vacuum cleaners that never seem to do the job properly when these golden eggs exist! Bought it on a whim after seeing it in the factory shop and remembering my Nan had one. I did see my partners nan has one though and had to stop myself talking to her about how amazing they are Grin this carpet sweeper is probably the best thing I've ever bought (I have been told I need to get a life already btw)

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 01/11/2019 23:57

Car ( three year old)
I don't think it would fit under the tree though Xmas Grin

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 01/11/2019 23:58

Two cats but they are Members of the Family , not presents (they tell me)

2018SoFarSoGreat · 02/11/2019 00:02

SodaStream for fizzy water. I'm an addict; no more plastic bottles - yay!

Dyson cordless (wish it was a robovac though, or a robot pushed it about)

Air Fryer. Actually have not used it but eat the work it does daily. DH loves it. I love what it makes. Crunchy kale, and caramelized butternut squash. My faves.

"Dear Father Christmas, please could you make me look like an utter pillock in a warm, comfortable and sweet sort of way."

DP got me a White Mouse one for my 42nd birthday on account of being a Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy fan.

rockofages · 02/11/2019 07:50

Another vote for White Company cotton pyjamas. They are another level of soft and comfy.
