Question for anyone who's increased their amount of yoga per week

I'm one of those people who goes to a one hour yoga class once a week and never practices at home.

I like the idea of being one of those people who does it three or four times a week.

If you've increased your weekly practice, have you noticed any difference? More calm, better sleep, weight loss?

I go to one class a week and have started doing about 15 mins a night at home before bed, but only in the last couple of weeks. I am starting to feel more flexible and a little calmer.

Six weeks in and I'm nowhere near as stiff feeling as I was.
I made up a little routine and and do it either in the evening or after running in the morning.
I could just about touch my toes to begin with but now I can put my hands flat on the floor and it doesn't hurt or pull badly now, it feels like relief.
